Taking place at the Shangri-La Hotel ini Jakarta on July 31, 2019, this award was received by Niko Safavi, President Director of PT Mowilex Indonesia. This award was given to Mowilex based on a survey done by SWA Magazine in cooperation with the research group, Business Digest, on local Indonesian brands or "Indonesia Original Brands" (IOB) based on a satisfaction index as well as loyalty and advocacy aspects, as integral elements to find out the performance of local Indonesian brands. This was done through multistage random sampling, face to face interviews, and structured questionnaires conducted with around 3,500 respondents spread across Indonesia.
The Indonesia Original Brand Award in the Exterior Paints category received by the company proves that Mowilex products have seen great leaps of improvement over the years, not only are they water based, but also resistant to extreme weather, has strong adhesion, elastic, waterproof and has good closing power which makes it optimal for Indonesia's tropical climate. With these features, Mowilex has answered to the problems that frequently occur on exterior walls on homes across Indonesia.
