The new hires offer clients industry specific expertise in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, alternative energy, semiconductor, and retail industries.

John Harmon, Account Manager, Beijing

John Harmon joins CCG Investor Relations as an Account Manager. Prior to joining CCG, he worked for over ten years as a sell-side equity research analyst, most recently as a senior analyst at Needham & Co., covering telecommunications and electrical equipment. Before that, John worked in Germany for three years in equity research and IT consulting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a MS in engineering-economic systems, a BS in electrical engineering, and a MA/BA in German Studies from Stanford University. John is fluent in German and speaks conversational Mandarin.

Pierre Maccagno, Account Manager, New York

Pierre Maccagno joins CCG Investor Relations as an Account Manager. Prior to joining CCG, he worked as a Sr. Equity Analyst covering the Alternative Energy, Wireless Semiconductor and Materials related sectors. Pierre was ranked #1 in the "Best on the Street" 2006 survey in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Wall Street Journal. He also was ranked #1 in the "Top Global Analysts" 2007 poll in the semiconductor segment conducted by the Financial Times/StarMine. Pierre holds a BS in Physics from Brown University, a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Lei Huang, Account Manager, New York

Lei Huang joins CCG Investor Relations as an Account Manager. Lei has 10 years of Wall Street experience with a specific focus on healthcare. Previously, Lei was a Vice President on the II-ranked specialty pharmaceuticals research team at Lehman Brothers, where she covered companies in special pharma, generic and drug-delivery sectors. Most recently, she was a senior equity research analyst covering specialty pharmaceuticals at Summer Street Research Partners. Lei began her career as a healthcare investment banker at Lehman Brothers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus in Finance and Management, from New York University and is CFA Level III candidate.

Kristin Knies, Senior Market Intelligence Executive, New York

Kristin Knies joins CCG Investor Relations as the Senior Market Intelligence Executive acting as the liaison to the investment community. Prior to joining CCG, Kristin was Vice President in Equity Capital Markets at Needham and Company, LLC. At Needham, Kristin was responsible for driving the firm's corporate access activities and overseeing hundreds of non-deal road shows annually for growth-stage technology and biotechnology companies. Kristin has ten years of experience in institutional equity research sales, equity capital markets and in specialty transactions such as PIPEs, Registered Directs and late-stage private placements. Kristin holds a BA in History from Dartmouth College.

Michael Crawford, Senior Market Intelligence Executive, New York

Michael Crawford joins CCG Investor Relations as a Senior Market Intelligence Executive. Prior to joining CCG, Michael served five years as a Director of Financial Communications at The Investor Relations Group (IRG). Combining a background in economics and client service, Michael has led investor relations programs for over 30 publicly traded companies operating in a variety of industries. Under this capacity, he successfully assisted his clients in securing over $65M in capital, helped provide strong institutional and research support and worked extensively in consulting, financial writing and corporate advisory roles. Michael has 7 years of investor relations, marketing and management experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with an emphasis in Journalism from Binghamton University.

Bryan Blake, Market Intelligence Executive, New York

Bryan Blake joins CCG Investor Relations as a Market Intelligence Executive. Prior to joining CCG, Bryan was a Credit Specialist on the Leverage Loans trading desk at Barclays Capital. Bryan has five years of experience in private wealth management sales, client relations and equity/credit research. Bryan holds a BA in Public Policy & Law from Trinity College.

Jing Thomas, Senior Account Executive, Beijing

Jing Thomas joins CCG Investor Relations as a Senior Account Executive. Prior to joining CCG, Jing worked as a Senior Associate at VIA Capital Partners, a firm that specializes in raising debt and equity capital for the aviation industry. Before that, she was a financial analyst with GE Asset Management. She also served in positions of increasing seniority at a New York consulting firm, ultimately being promoted to the company's Vice President of Finance and Operations. Earlier in her career, she managed the marketing efforts for GE Silicones' consumer program in a number of major cities in China. Jing holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from China Agricultural University. She is a CFA Level III candidate.

Jimmy Hu, Financial Analyst, Shanghai

Jimmy Hu joins CCG Investor Relations as a Financial Analyst. Prior to joining CCG, Jimmy worked in KPMG's advisory business where he focused on financial due diligence. His industrial coverage included energy, chemicals, and the automotive industry among others. Jimmy received his degree in German Studies from Tongji University and a second degree in accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Echo Yan, Associate, Beijing

Echo Yan joins CCG Investor Relations as an Associate. Prior to joining CCG, Echo studied in University of Exeter, UK, where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis and Fund Management. She earned a Bachelor in information system and information management, from Beijing Jiaotong University. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Halley Li, Marketing Associate, New York

Halley joins CCG New York office as a Marketing Associate, where her major responsibilities include planning and implementing the agency's marketing projects, new business development, preparation and analysis of strategic plans, research and translation support to the President. Halley holds dual bachelor's degrees in History and Law from Fudan University, Shanghai, Master of Arts in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, and Certificate in Financial Analysis from New York University.
