Frbiz Discuses HP Laptops

Frbiz reports that since 2007, Hewlett-Packard's laptops have drawn some consumer complaints. ESER (China), a laptop repair chain, is currently the largest specialized in-warranty laptop repair business. Its general manager said that in its monthly maintenance handling laptops, HP absolutely accounts for the largest share. In 2008 and 2009, especially in the summer, the problem for HP laptops is basically that card temperature is too high, so the motherboard burns.

However, as these European and American international brands enter the Chinese market, they have not introduced this service, instead offering only a 7-day unconditional return policy.

Frbiz speculates that with the continuing escalation of hardware technology, in order to seize market share, this may have to change. Rich products give consumers more choices, but there are other factors in consumers' decision making processes. Take the central processing unit (CPU) and graphics systems, for example: the introduction of a new generation of products has given users a more efficient and comfortable experience. However, with a corresponding increase in power consumption, how to cool effectively in a small space has become a problem for many firms.

Currently, laptops are subject to frequent failures, and the repair rate is high, which is precisely because the entire industry's rapid development has led to the majority of brand laptop having heat dissipation problems.
