Camelot Information Systems Files Registration Statement

BEIJING, Nov. 25, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Camelot Information Systems Inc. ("Camelot" or the "Company") (NYSE: CIS), a leading domestic provider of enterprise application services and financial industry information technology services in China, today announced it has filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on November 24, 2010 relating to a proposed offering of 7,160,206 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") by certain pre-IPO institutional financial investors of Camelot. Each ADS represents four ordinary shares of the Company. In connection with this proposed offering, it is expected that the underwriters will be granted the option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,074,030 additional ADSs from the Company.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not become effective.
