China Yida Reopens Shangqing River

FUZHOU, China, Dec. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Yida Holding Company (Nasdaq: CNYD) ("China Yida" or the "Company"), a leading diversified entertainment enterprise in China, today announced that it has reopened Shangqing River to tourists effective December 1, 2010.

The tourist service facilities at Shangqing River were damaged by two severe floods on June 18 and July 7, 2010. The Company has made a great effort over the past five months to reconstitute the facility and the natural ecological system, to ensure that every tourist who visits the park comes away with a memorable experience. Following careful inspection, China Yida management and the Taining government have agreed that it is now appropriate to reopen Shangqing River to the public.  All attractions within the Great Golden Lake, including Golden Lake, Zhuangyuan Rock, Luohan Mountain, Taining Old Town, and Shangqing River are now open to the public.
