China All Access Signed a Five-Year Mobile Communication System Technology Maintenance and Operation Service Contract with a Provincial Civil Defense Department

HONG KONG, July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China All Access (Holdings) Limited ("China All Access" or the "Company", HKEx Stock Code: 633), an integrated information communication application solution provider and application service provider in the PRC, today announces that the Company has successfully concluded a five-year mobile communication system technology maintenance and operation service contract with a provincial civil defense department. Following the success of becoming the service provider of technology maintenance and operation for national civil defense mobile communication system, this service contract serves as a part of the extended implementation of the previous signed contract with provinces, cities and districts nationwide, hence denotes extensive representation and benchmarking.

Covering technology maintenance and operation service of mobile communication system for 17 cities of a province, the annual service fee will be approximately RMB150,000 per station and the initial contract period will be 5 years. The service consists of regular system check and maintenance, equipment repair, database software service live technical and remote support to major events or disasters and system operation service etc, with a view to ensuring the connection and normal operation of mobile communication systems as well as satisfying the mobile communication need for air defense and disaster prevention, as well as emergency rescue.

Providing quality and stable technology maintenance and operation service for nationwide civil defense departments of provinces, cities and districts is one of the key components of China All Access's development strategy. Hence, the Company has started its negotiation with the civil defense departments of provinces, cities and districts nationwide regarding the mobile communication system technology maintenance and operation service from the second quarter this year. In addition, the national civil defense system technical maintenance and operation hotline will commence its operation in the near future. Conclusion of this contract indicates that the Company's national civil defense mobile communication technology maintenance and operation service has entered into a substantial promotion and execution stage.
