HONG KONG, July 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Edwin Kwok recently joined O'Melveny as a Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions partner in the firm's Hong Kong office. Kwok is a versatile lawyer who has extensive experience with major investment banks, Chinese companies, Chinese-owned state enterprises, and private equity firms on their initial public offerings, cross-border acquisitions, public takeovers, privatizations, spin-offs and follow-on public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

A native of Hong Kong, Kwok is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He was educated at the University of Cambridge (LL.M.) and the University of Hong Kong (PCLL and LL.B.).
