As a result, the Company will no longer be required to file financial statements and other continuous disclosure documents with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities. The Company's shareholders will continue to receive copies disclosure documents and annual general meeting documents that are required to be delivered to shareholders by applicable securities laws and Companies Act of Singapore.
