The awards are primarily for teamwork, but there are also two key individual awards, and we expect a wide spectrum of people within the property business to qualify. The awards cover agency, property management, project management and development, and we anticipate a high level of interest from members and non-members alike, and from both large and small firms."

Apart from the RICS Hong Kong Property Awards, the annual RICS Awards is now open for nominations for the property projects worldwide. RICS Awards are widely recognized as the Academy Awards of the built and natural environment. This year, more than 350 building projects entered the RICS Awards.
