NEW YORK, July 9 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Located in the heart of Soho, surrounded by signature cast-iron buildings and avant-garde neighborhood vibe, 350 West Broadway, between Grand and Broome Streets, is set to become Manhattan's most iconic residential condominium. Developed by Aby Rosen of RFR Holding LLC, which owns such properties as Lever House and the Seagram Building, 350 West Broadway will house eight full-floor residences that combine Downtown loft living with Park Avenue-inspired layouts.

"With 350 West Broadway, we worked to create an exclusive address that represented the best of Soho's sex appeal, cutting edge style, and daring art, so we tapped New York's most notable architect and designer to design a building that would become one of the city's most talked about places to live," said Rosen.

Designed by architect Moed de Armas & Shannon, the building is comprised of ultra-clear insulated vision glass and outer glass panel for visual flatness, with a high efficiency low-energy coating for comfort.

Interior designer William T. Georgis created the lobby as an evocative space ideal for housing a George Condo art installation. Paved with fumed oak floors and Vermont Cold Spring Black Granite and lacquered panels at the walls, the space is furnished with an eclectic mix of custom and antique furniture with "Seabed," a ceramic installation by Peter Lane and bronze door pulls by Michele Oka Doner.

Each full floor residence is graced with a grand entry foyer, a separate service entrance, a private storage room, and full-size laundry room, as well as hardwood floors. Amenities include a full-time doorman, a fitness center and virtual concierge services provided by Luxury Attache. Most residences have private outdoor space -- notably, an extraordinary 2,700-square-foot setback terrace on the third floor and a 1,388-square-foot penthouse rooftop terrace.

The two- and three-bedroom homes, which are being readied for September 2009 occupancy, will range in size from 2,875 square feet to 3,539 square feet; with prices starting at $9,575,000. Stribling Marketing Associates is handling the sales and marketing for the project.

The Sales and Design Gallery is located at 345 West Broadway. For more information, contact Mary Ellen Cashman of Stribling Marketing Associates at 212-941-0350 or visit http://www.350wbway.com .
