AUCC to Host Annual Luncheon in Shanghai

SHANGHAI, March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The Association of U.S. Listed Chinese Companies (AUCC) will host its annual luncheon on March 8, 2011 at the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square at 399 Nanjing West Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, China. 

The Association of U.S. Listed Chinese Companies (AUCC) is the only U.S registered non-for-profit organization that is composed of Chinese companies listed on the stock exchanges in the United States. Its mission is to advocate for members' rights and interests as they extend their global reach, to foster cooperation among its members and industry professionals, to establish a communication platform that familiarizes member companies with the workings of the U.S. financial market as well as to create values for all.

AUCC's annual luncheon is one of AUCC's most important networking events.  It brings together the U.S.-listed Chinese companies, top business leaders and industry professionals to exchange ideas and discuss the latest issues facing them.  Chairmen and senior management from distinguished Chinese public companies gather for networking and share their experience.

This event's honorable speakers to give opening remarks are Ping Yu, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Chief Delegate of China to International Bureau of Exhibitions and General Wesley K. Clark, Chairman of Rodman & Renshaw Investment Bank.  The host of the event is Mr. XinWei Lin. He is the President of Council of American States in China and Managing Director of the State of South Carolina-Asian Office.

The luncheon will feature two panels. The panels provide crucial knowledge and information in the legal, auditing and investor relation areas.
