HONG KONG, Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ("CIFI", or the "Group", HKEX Code: 884), one of the "Top 100 Real Estate Developers in China" is pleased to announce that contracted sales hit record high for three consecutive months. Contracted sales in the first eleven month of 2015 exceeded the full year 2015 contracted sales target.
The Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 4.05 billion, hit record high for the Group's monthly contracted sales, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 88% compared to November 2014 and a month-on-month increase of approximately 1% compared to October 2015. Contracted GFA and ASP in November 2015 were approximately 225,000 sq.m. and RMB 18,000 per sq.m., respectively.
From January to November 2015, the Group achieved contracted sales and contracted GFA of approximately RMB 25.35 billion and 1,826,500 sq.m., respectively, while contracted ASP from January to October 2015 was approximately RMB 13,900 per sq.m.. Contracted sales in the first eleven months of 2015 represents a year-on-year increase of approximately 33% over the contracted sales in the same period in 2014, the Group has exceeded its full year 2015 contracted sales target of RMB 25 billion.
Land Acquisition
In November 2015, the Group did not conduct any new land acquisition.
