Chatterbox Call Center (CXLL.OB) Enters Agreement to Acquire Assets of i1connect

HONG KONG, July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Chatter Box announces it has executed an LOI to acquire the assets of I1 connect (www.i1connect.com). The platform will establish a foundation towards an e presence and internet portal for business services, and video/press distribution. I1 connect was previously audited and valued in 2008 in accordance with bdc rules.


"While this asset has been dormant and operating quietly, it needs substantial upgrades and refurbishing in order to re-launch the portal. While I1 connect realizes it has lost market share and momentum, it feels that Chatter Box has the capacity to revamp and provide the necessary branding to build out video and press distribution services within the BPO segment of Chatter Box's business plan," says Dr. Daniel Imperato, Founder I1 connect.
