China Green Agriculture Hosts Investor Tour at its Gufeng Production Plant

XI'AN, China, June 29, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE:CGA - News), a producer and distributor of humic acid ("HA") based compound fertilizers, blended fertilizers, organic compound fertilizers, mixed organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, slow released fertilizers and highly-concentrated water soluble fertilizers through its wholly owned subsidiaries in China, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd. ("Jinong") and Beijing Gufeng Chemical Products Co., Ltd. ("Gufeng"), hosted a group of investors and research analysts at its Gufeng production plant today.

Mr. Tao Li, Chairman and CEO of the Company, gave an overview of the fertilizer market in China and explained the Company's vision as well as its short-term and long-term growth strategy. Mr. Qingxin Jiang, Chairman and CEO of Gufeng, iterated Gufeng's strategy, growth opportunities and operational capabilities.

Participants were taken on a tour of Gufeng's production facilities, including the new 200,000 Metric-Tonne highly automated production line which started operations early April 2011 and were able to see first-hand the scale of the operations and the progress accomplished in the short year since the acquisition of Gufeng.

After the tour, Messrs Li and Jiang led an extensive questions and answers session.
