China Green Agriculture, Inc. on Schedule to Complete Phase I Construction of Its New Research and Development Center by End of June 2010

Key milestones achieved in the construction of 100 sunlight greenhouses

Company expects full completion of new R&D center by the end of December 2011

XI'AN, China, June 10 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Green Agriculture, Inc. (NYSE: CGA) ("China Green Agriculture" or "the Company"), a leading producer and distributor of humic acid ("HA") based compound fertilizer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Shaanxi TechTeam Jinong Humic Acid Product Co., Ltd., announced key milestones achieved in the construction of 100 sunlight greenhouses ("Phase I") at its new $38 million, 88-acre research and development center, Xi'an Hu County Yuxing Agriculture Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Xi'an Yuxing"), and confirmed that the Company is on schedule to complete Phase I (out of II) by the end of June 2010.

The 100 sunlight greenhouses are a major component of the Company's new Xi'an Yuxing research and development center, with a second phase of the project to include the construction of 12 intelligent greenhouses. Among the key project milestones recently achieved on the 100 sunlight greenhouses include:

-- completion of the construction of the main greenhouse structures,

including all civil engineering, steel framing and installation of

polyethylene (PE) protective film;

-- installation of major utility infrastructure, which includes water,

gas and electricity supply, and sewage;

-- commencement of soil improvement.
