DENVER and LONDON, Nov. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- CH2M HILL (www.ch2mhill.com), a global full-service consulting, design, construction, and operations firm, is pleased to announce that it has today completed the acquisition of Halcrow, the UK-based engineering, planning, design and management services firm. CH2M HILL agreed to acquire the share capital of Halcrow for approximately GBP124M .
Following the completion, both management teams will work closely to bring the two businesses together, drawing on the breadth and depth of expertise embedded within both firms.
