prices.
The first quarter was affected by weather, which drove up agriculture prices. The current state is one where vegetables and other agricultural product prices are falling. But in the long run, market prices will increase, especially during China's typhoon season.
The new price increases are caused by a number of factors. The main cause is China's recent laws regarding housing prices.
