Jason NanChun Jiang, through its wholly owned subsidiary, JJ Media Investment Holding Limited ("JJ Media"), has acquired 600,000 shares of K's Media and become K's Media's shareholder.

Jason NanChun Jiang is founder and chairman of Focus Media, China's largest Digital Media Group. Focus Media provides a broad portfolio of out-of-home media advertising platforms in China. In December 2003, Mr. Jiang was selected by China News Publishers Media magazine as one of the "Media People of the Year". In September 2003, Mr. Jiang was selected by the Television and Newspaper Committees of the China Advertising Commission as one of its "contemporary outstanding advertising media personalities".

"I am glad that we have attracted investors like Mr. Jiang to become our shareholders. Recently, K's Media has successfully held two Press Release Conferences, one in Shanghai, the other in Beijing, to introduce our business model to the advertising industry in China. Companies of world-class premium brands, such as Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Air China and many Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies (4A's) companies such as Dentsu Incorporated, Optimum Media Direction (OMD), HeartLand Advertising, Carat, Kinetic had attended our conferences. We've received many positive feedbacks. As our total number of screens has rapidly increased to over 15,000 in October, we have already built up a preliminary platform in major metropolitan cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We will contact advertising clients through our in-house sales team and advertising agencies", said Jake Wei, CFO of the Company.

About the Company:

The Company targets premium brand advertisers by placing their commercials in KTV lounges in China. Attempts to reach high-end consumers through traditional advertising channels with powerful and visually appealing presentations may be costly and inefficient. The Company believes that placing ads in KTV lounges is both innovative and unique and could prove to be a highly effective method of advertising. KTV lounges are popular in Asia, providing private rooms with karaoke systems, which are used for group entertainment or business purposes. The Company believes that advertising on KTV screens offers an impressive and influential way to target high-end consumers.

On January 18, 2008, the Company completed a Share Exchange Agreement with Orient Come Holdings Ltd. and Beijing K's Media Advertising Ltd. Co., which transferred the Company from mineral exploration to the media and advertising market.
