JinkoSolar Announces US$30 Million Share Repurchase Program

SHANGHAI, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a fast-growing, vertically-integrated solar power product manufacturer with low-cost operations based in China, announced today that its board of directors approved a share repurchase program on May 6, 2011, which authorizes the Company to repurchase up to US$30 million of its ordinary shares represented by American depositary shares ("ADSs") within 12 months. Purchases may be made from time to time on the open market at prevailing market prices. JinkoSolar plans to fund the share repurchase program from sources lawfully available, including out of the capital of the Company.
