The main focus of the Jungheinrich appearance (at open-air site F9, stand 908 A) will be on counterbalanced trucks produced at the company's Bavaria-based plant in Moosburg. Apart from type DFG/TFG 425s-435s diesel and LPG stackers with hydrostatic drive, launched in 2007, the company is showcasing a hydrostatic-drive counterbalanced truck in the small lifting class of max. 2,000 kilogrammes. Launched at the beginning of 2010, this type DFG/TFG 316s-320s truck comes in a diesel or LPG version.

In addition to its hydrostat trucks, Jungheinrich is presenting virtually its entire counterbalanced stacker product range at bauma 2010. This includes not only the forklifts with hydrodynamic drive (torque converter), but also Jungheinrich's "big IC truck" -- the DFG/TFG S90, with a nine-tonne payload capacity. The Hamburg-based intralogistics provider's presentation in Munich will be rounded out by a presentation of a number of electric counterbalanced trucks with different payload capacities as well as its new "SnapFit" battery changing system.

Jungheinrich Launches Pilot Production for Long-load Trucks

At bauma 2010 Jungheinrich will also be showcasing its electric multi-directional reach truck, poised for market launch in September 2010. The type ETV Q20/ETV Q25 truck on display represents a pilot series model. Thanks to its electronically controlled all-wheel steering, the ETV Q can travel in any direction and can be utilised wherever long loads are transported in narrow aisles and need to be lifted to high lift heights.

The company's presentation at bauma 2010 will also feature an entire series of stackers and pallet trucks produced at Jungheinrich's Norderstedt plant -- trucks which include the type ETV 216 and ETV C20 reach trucks. Thanks to its super-elastic tyres, the latter can also be employed both in- and outdoors. The Jungheinrich appearance at bauma 2010 will also showcase type EJD 220 and EJC 216 electric stacker trucks as well as ERE 120, EJE 118 and EME 114 low-lift trucks. The noise-optimised "SILENT DRIVE" version of the company's EJE 116 truck, market-launched in March 2010, rounds out the presentation of Jungheinrich trucks produced at the company's Norderstedt location.

Tow Tractors Make Inroads in Construction Sector

Over the past few years, Jungheinrich has continually expanded its range of tow tractors built at the Jungheinrich plant in Luneburg, Germany. The company now has tractors with a towing capacity of up to 25 tonnes in its programme. At bauma 2010 Jungheinrich is presenting a selection of its tow tractor portfolio. This includes the EZS 6250 (with a towing capacity of 25 tonnes), EZS 570 (seven tonnes) and the EZS 130, especially versatile in narrow aisles (three tonnes).

Bauma attendees who stop by the Jungheinrich stand will also be treated to a variety of hand pallet trucks, presented with a diverse range of functionalities -- including a pallet truck equipped with a scissor lift or an integrated scale, or even a stainless steel version. The Jungheinrich range of exhibits at bauma 2010 is rounded out by pallet and cantilever racks as well as by information on rental and used equipment options.
