Logistics and ICT Asia 2009 grandly opens today at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Li Hougui, chairman of the Shanghai Logistics Association, presided over the summit. Mr. Wolfgang Lenarz, senior vice president of Deutsche Messe AG, gave a welcome speech on behalf of the organizing committee. The plan pointed out many times the necessity of raising the informatization level of logistics in order to perfect and promote new technology.
