It is with the powerful support of these policies, overseas suppliers are growing more confident to consolidate their position in the Chinese market."

New Perspectives, New Experience, Two Shows with Multiple Highlights

As the biggest trade fair of its kind in Asia and second largest in the world, PTC AISA 2009 is themed upon various categories of technological achievements within the power transmission and control sector, serving as a platform to display a combination of products for mechanical power transmission, electrical power transmission and parts, compressed air technology, mechanical parts, fasteners, springs, bearings, etc., and in this fashion facilitate the improvement of industrial technology and product mix. This year, PTC ASIA will make a high profile debut of the "High-tech Display Area" where a series of high-tech achievements will be presented by the university pavilion to highlight the theme of the show. Meanwhile at CeMAT ASIA, the Auto-ID Sector will enjoy its premiere where application systems of RFID, intelligent card and Auto-ID will be presented to visitors. A series of high-caliber seminars and conferences will be held in concurrence with the exhibition, when a handful of industrial experts will be invited to analyze the developing trend of power transmission and logistics industries.

Leading Players Compete to Explore the Market with New Products and Technologies

This year, PTC ASIA 2009 strikes a record high in its history in terms of display coverage, exhibitor numbers and technical content. Industrial leaders of the fluid power sector are actively participating in the show, including Bosch Rexroth, Stauff, Parker Hannifin, Beijing Huade, Yuci Hydraulics, hanghai Electric Hydraulics & Pneumatics, etc. A number of leading enterprises in the mechanical power transmission sector have also taken initiative to attend the fair, among which are SEW, Siemens, Bonfiglioli, Donghua Chain, and Optibelt. Moreover, a line-up of Chinese industrial giants from the compressed air technology sector have booked their booths at the show which include Mann+Hummel, Boge, Kaishan, Union Tech and Sotras. Though negatively impacted by international anti-dumping practices, fastener and spring manufacturers are still taking extra effort to expand the global influence of their brand and products. SQB, SPS, Donggang, Gem-Year, China Spring Factory, Luoyang Machine Tool and some other leading companies have all taken part in the show. Besides, the trade fair is also embracing great powers from the bearing industry, which include Firstbridge, GGB, LFD and Redman. Despite the fact that some enterprises did not make it to PTC ASIA 2009 as a result of economic crisis, the show this year still attracts a large number of new participants; and one of the exhibitors, Hardinge, will highlight this year's show with its mechanical equipment specially used for hydraulics which was never seen in previous editions of PTC ASIA.

Building upon its last edition, CeMAT ASIA 2009 has witnessed a growth in both quality of exhibits and quantity of exhibitors. In terms of product quality, the show this year will present to the audience an increasing number of high-technical-content logistics software and system integration products to better facilitate industrial upgrading. With regard to the quantity of exhibitors, despite the tough climate of global economic downturn, legions of folk lift truck manufacturers including Kion, Crown, Heli, GLOBAL-POWER, Liugong have taken pre-emptive action to respond actively to the market. Crown takes with it the most popular electric forklift in the U.S.A. Also, colleagues in warehousing equipment sector will meet from both home and abroad, among whom the largest roller producer Damon will present to the audience a series of top-class rollers in the domestic market. State-of-the-art technologies in the lifting equipment field are also expected to be presented to visitors by leading players like ABUS Gorbel and Kemei during the show.

The two fairs are both organized by Deutsche Messe and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Ltd., while PTC ASIA also by China Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Seals Industry Association and China General Machinery Parts Association, and CeMAT ASIA by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and China Mechanical Engineering Society. The organizers believe that the two world-leading exhibitions together will not only provide great business opportunities under tough economic climate, but also build up a bridge for technological exchange between home and abroad. PTC ASIA and CeMAT ASIA, the "double-engines" are expected to drive the two industries into prosperity.
