The UNDP Office in China would like to make it absolutely clear that the use of UNDP name and emblem without authorization is prohibited.

The so-called International Development Information Network Association (DEVNET) has not been authorized to use UNDP name and emblem or organize any event under the name of UNDP. This office hereby requests the DEVNET to immediately desist from using UNDP name and emblem and reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of any non-compliance of this request.
