TWSE APPROVES ChipMOS TAIWAN'S LISTING APPLICATION

HSINCHU, January 28, 2014 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing services, today announced that the Review Committee of the Taiwan Stock Exchange has approved the listing application of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("ChipMOS Taiwan"), a 62.1% owned subsidiary of the Company. Additional details, including the schedule, for ChipMOS Taiwan's Initial Public Offering in Taiwan will be announced when available.
