BEIJING, Feb. 7 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- The Global Leaders Institute announced today that the "2nd China Offshore Summit 2007," which is co-organized by the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Institute (CPPEI) and the Global Leaders Institute (GLI), will be held in Beijing from April 2-3, 2007.
