HONG KONG, Feb. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tonly Electronics Holdings Limited ("Tonly Electronics" or "the Group"; SEHK stock code: 01249) announces its unaudited monthly sales performance in January 2014.
In January 2014, the Group recorded monthly revenue of HK$401.6 million from audio-visual ("AV") products, up 47.1% year-on-year, mainly because the audio product sales for January expanded continuously and the orders of media box were successfully delivered.
The unaudited monthly sales revenue for video products surged by 56.0% to HK$267.6 million, while the unaudited monthly sales revenue for audio products surged by 19.7% to HK$134.1 million in January 2014.
The Group will continue to solidify its leading position in the AV product market. Meanwhile, in response to market demand, to strengthen the product research and innovation, and develop a diversified product portfolio with audio products and OTT as the focus, the Group will also strive to develop drivers and speakers of higher standard and strengthen its research in electro-acoustic technologies, in a view of enriching its product portfolio and enhance its product competitiveness.
