HONG KONG, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tonly Electronics Holdings Limited ("Tonly Electronics" or "the Group"; SEHK stock code: 01249) announces its unaudited monthly sales performance in November and for the first eleven months of 2013.
For the first eleven months of 2013, the Group's unaudited audio-visual ("AV") product sales revenue increased by 15.4% year-on-year to HK$3,554.5 million. In November 2013, the Group recorded monthly revenue of 371.1 million from AV products, down 7.9% year-on-year, mainly because the video product sales for November 2013 declined continuously.
The unaudited sales revenue for video products droped by 28.2% year-on-year to HK$176.6 million in November 2013, while that for the first eleven months of 2013 decreased by 12.5% year-on-year to HK$1,981.1 million.
The unaudited sales revenue for audio products surged by 23.9% year-on-year to HK$194.5 million in November 2013 and that for the first eleven months of 2013 increased by 94.9% year-on-year to HK$1,561.6 million.
The Group will continue to solidify its leading position in the AV product market. Meanwhile, in response to market demand, the Group will continue to strengthen the product research and innovation, and will gradually develop a diversified product portfolio with audio products and set-top boxes as the focus and use its vertically-integrated operations to maximize value for its customers and shareholders.
