UL Announces Exclusive Co-Sponsorship of Verizon's NEBS Conference Through 2014

UL CEO Keith Williams to give 2010 keynote on the evolving convergence of technologies

    NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a world leader in product safety testing and certification, announced today that it will be the exclusive co-sponsor of Verizon Communications' Network Equipment Building System (NEBS) Conference through 2014. This year's event -- Verizon's 16th annual conference -- takes place Oct. 6-7 at the Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Ariz. and will focus on the convergence of wireless and broadband networks.

    UL's leadership team will speak to equipment manufacturers, test laboratories and systems integrators.
