Han Si Zhuang(serplulimab injection), the first self-developed innovative anti-PD-1 mAb of Fosun Pharma, which was officially approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in March 2022. It has been successively approved for three indications, i.e. microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) solid tumors, squamous nonsmall cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
