WICHITA, Kan., April 26 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPR) announced today that, by mid-May 2007, it plans to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement for an offering of shares of its Class A common stock by certain stockholders and management in an underwritten secondary public offering. Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
The offering is expected to commence during the second quarter of 2007, subject to the SEC declaring the registration statement effective and the receipt of all necessary approvals.
