The auction firm best known for selling the "Smallest Town in America" to a Vietnamese businessman will conduct the live global auction on Wednesday, August 15th at 4pm MDT. The Garryowen auction offers a rare opportunity to buy a historically-significant and income-producing town in the United States that features the "Town Hall," a 15,400+/- sf three-level building containing a convenience store, sandwich shop, retail space, U.S. Post Office and penthouse residence. A second building is a two-level 2,900+/- sf structure containing office space and guest suites. The 7.7+/- acre site is located within the perimeter of the Little Bighorn Battlefield where General Custer's 7th Cavalry met defeat by the combined forces of the Lakota and Cheyenne people.
