HARBIN, China, Nov. 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Green Material Technologies, Inc. (CGMT; OTC Bulletin Board: CAGM) announced that it has recently entered into a contract with Zhengzhou Synear Food Co., Ltd. (Synear), the largest quick-frozen food supplier in China, to provide them with food packages. Synear made an open tender for purchasing the food packages nationwide, CMGT stood out among suppliers to become the environment-friendly packaging material supplier for Synear.
Singapore listed Synear is one of the largest quick-frozen food manufacturers in China, also the exclusive supplier of quick-frozen stuffed food for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Synear is also regarded as the 2008 most valuable Chinese brand. Their products have been exported to the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Singapore and other countries and regions, with the annual sales reaching 30 billion RMB Yuan. Following the contract, the Harbin production base of CGMT is actively preparing the production, and has begun to supply them with the contracted products.
The quick-frozen food industry has a higher requirement on
low-temperature-resistant performance of its packages, with the lowest threshold of 25 degree Celsius below zero. However, the current packages on Chinese market can only stand 20 degree Celsius below zero, which is a barrier for environmental protection packages to enter into the market of quick-frozen industry. The strong low-temperature-resistant performance (40 degree Celsius below zero) of CGMT products can guarantee the company its position of the only environmental protection package supplier in Chinese quick-frozen market for a long time. The cooperation between Synear and CGMT indicates the advent of environmental protection era of Chinese quick-frozen food packages.
