HT-SAAE Completes Production Line Upgrade, Now Providing 4 Bus-bar Products to Clients Worldwide

NEW DELHI, Sept. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Shanghai Aerospace Automobile Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HT-SAAE") announces the completion of its solar and module production line upgrade, replacing the current 3- busbar products with 4-busbar products. From now on, HT-SAAE will provide the new generation of efficient high way products to its clients worldwide.

It took quite a while for HT-SAAE to conceive this large-scale production line upgrade. Ever since the debut of high way products in Japan in December 2013, after repeatedly verifying the production procedures and confirming the quality standards, HT-SAAE has finally completed the upgrading process.

Without increasing the solar cell and module size, the 4 bus-bar augments the number of bus bars, in hopes of obtaining higher energy efficiency yield and better reliability. The installation method for the module remains the same as before.

Compared to 3-busbar modules, the 4-busbar modules have three distinctive advantages: the optimized current pathway could uplift the cell efficiency and obtain higher module efficiency; enhance the product reliability through reducing the hot spot risk; increase the system yield rate through reducing electrical loss from the system side.

Vice president of HT-SAAE Mr. Shi Lei commented, "we made quite an effort to complete the production line upgrade before Renewable Energy 2015 India, in hopes of providing the best products to our strategic markets such as India. India is the next key market for HT-SAAE to put efforts on, HT-SAAE is quite optimistic about Indian PV market outlook and have already employed a local sales team. We are expecting a more promising future in India."
