BEIJING, Aug. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- EasyStack, China's open source cloud computing market leader, announced that it has completed its Series C++ round financing, led by a strategic investment from JD.com. As part of the agreement, both parties have committed to establishing an all-encompassing partnership in key areas of technology, products and marketing to provide enterprise customers with world-class cloud services. This most recent round of financing underscores that open source cloud computing has gained momentum in the Chinese market, achieving broad recognition from enterprise users across multiple industries.
On May 15, EasyStack announced that it had completed its Series C+ round financing, attracting investments totaling RMB 300 million from several RMB funds.
As part of the JD-led Series C++ round, EasyStack and JD Cloud will form a strategic partnership in enterprise cloud services to provide enterprise users a comprehensive cloud services experience, covering areas such as private cloud, public cloud and multi-cloud, with the goal of further penetrating both parties' respective cloud computing markets and enabling them to provide better cloud services. In addition, EasyStack intends to collaborate closely with JD.com, and in particular, JD Cloud, to jointly build cloud platforms providing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities.
