The award is co-sponsored by the China Call Centres and BPO Industry Information Network (51callcenter).
This annual award ceremony is known as the "Oscars" for Chinese contact centres and attracted the participation of more than 600 enterprises. Participating enterprises underwent rigorous selection and assessment by the judging team from China Call Centre. The awards recognise customer service teams and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the field of contact centres and customer relationship management.
RS Components places a strong emphasis on training and professional development for its customer service teams to strengthen its service quality. In addition, the company participates actively in the "International Customer Service Day" each year to strengthen team cohesion.
At the start of 2012, RS Components established a 'Royal Customer Service' team for its global customers.
