GENEVA, July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic, new, skincare and lifestyle brand, Oud Essentials, is bolstering its workforce in dramatic fashion, with an unusual recruitment drive that has seen industry experts and experienced professionals drawn to the company's values and extraordinary business model.
Bringing 100% pure, organic, sustainably sourced and ethically produced Oud to the world of skincare for the first time in history, Oud Essentials has created a level of vertical integration in its business philosophy that has captured the imagination of many a hardened network marketing industry practitioner.
Resonating with the company's core values of sustainability, renewability, corporate social responsibility and environmental awareness, Oud Essentials has discovered a rich vein of industry talent that is looking for something a little bit different in an ultra-competitive industry – whereby known provenance of source ingredients, and the remarkable history of one core ingredient in particular - Oud itself - has created an awareness of, and attachment to, a new way of doing business and selling products.
Christina Tang joins the company as Country Manager, Singapore, with 18 years' experience in management, sales and marketing - the majority of which has been in the health, lifestyle and beauty industries. With unbridled enthusiasm and passion, Christina will oversee the Oud Essentials distribution and logistics network in Asia, as well as take responsibility for the nurturing and development of the company's ever-expanding group of Independent Brand Partners.
She's been joined this week by Katherine Loh – Country Manager, Malaysia – whose 13 years of experience in marketing, sales and operations in high-profile direct sales organisations make her a perfect fit for an important role in a significant market. Already ensconced in Kuala Lumpur with her is Tiffaney Teo, a graduate in Nutrition and Community Health and an excellent communicator and motivator, who takes on a senior role not only in product training, but also in training the product trainers themselves.
Jonathan Lim assumes his position as Country Manager, Philippines, also with a wealth of experience and with many strings to his bow. A former Head of Sales, Jonathan is a born leader and a committed trainer and mentor, as adept at nurturing talent as he is in the world of strategic account management.
Oud Essentials is delighted to be able to welcome its new personnel on board at what is a hugely exciting time for a fledgling company that is aiming to 'change the face of skincare', and create a new, inclusive, socially and environmentally responsible way of doing business.
The fact that these individuals have chosen to join a new operation from already-established and entrenched network marketing organisations, is testament to the story Oud Essentials has created, and the resonance the brand is creating in the modern business world.
With interest gaining momentum, and the ultra-competitive industry abuzz, it is already apparent that Oud Essentials will appeal to the ever-increasing number of conscious consumers who want to know that the products they use are of known provenance, sustainably sourced, and ethically produced.
